I’ve been thinking about some goals that I want to accomplish in the future and near future. With school ending, I’ll have alot more free time to do different things.

Poker wise, I want to play alot more than I am. I suppose I still have alot of free time in school, and it’s not school alone holding me back (in terms of volume). With that said, I need to increase my volume. I want to get in at least 20k hands a month (kindve weak still), but meh. Maybe I shouldn’t shoot for exact hand #s either, since PLO hands run much much slower than normal hands. But yeah, I want to increase my volume, that’s for sure.

I want to play a few more tourneys too. I think that I have a decent edge in most smaller stakes tourneys, and I want to play more of them. Maybe play some Sunday Mils every now and again and mix some smaller-mid stuff throughout the week…I think those are profitable and are +EV for me to play in.

As far as working out, I’m not sure. The rec won’t be available to me anymore when I graduate. I’ll have to find a new place to rock climb, something I’ve been doing 4-5 times a week on average (as of late). Thinking about going to a pricy nearby gym but I dunno yet.

I also am considering volunteering to free up some time…being a semi-pro poker player has its perks, and there is alot of free time (almost too much) I think…and volunteering can be a good way for me to spend some time.

As far as the future, I dunno. Traveling is definitely one option that I want to look in to. Not sure what country either…but meh, I still have time. I’ll have to figure out how much thise UIEGA thing will affect me, I might find myself with no money…later down the road I might consider teaching kids english in a foreign country. I dunno though…I guess I plan on living sortve like adsman, in that I don’t really know what the future holds. guess we’ll see…
